How is it possible to live sustainably, even though acceleration and linear production and consumption logics tend to promote non-sustainability? What skills do I need to break out of the linear logic of increase (faster, higher, further, better and more and more)? How can I change my everyday life accordingly? And what makes my life good?

In this block seminar, Annika Fricke and Anna König explore precisely these questions. The students will develop an individual self-experiment designed to incorporate the idea of circularity into their everyday lives. After the three sessions, they will reflect together on the skills and insights they have gained.
