Following the success of its premiere last fall, the Karlsruhe Food Summit is entering its second round.

 

The event is aimed at representatives from civil society, business, academia, and the city administration. The attendees are working together to further develop the regional food system in a future-proof and sustainable way. The focus is on key topics such as community catering, direct marketing, and the establishment of local food centers. The summit is once again being organized in close cooperation between the Karlsruhe Environmental Office, the Karlsruhe Transformation Center (KAT), and the KA.Wert project.
